Nobody edits anyone else's personal settings — not even an admin. What admins can change about a member (name, email, role) is in Members & access.
User Settings
Timezone is the one that has real consequences. It's how agents know what "tomorrow at 9" means, so it drives every routine you set up in conversation and every time-relative thing an agent says. Detect picks it up from your browser; search the list to set it manually.
If a scheduled routine fires at the wrong hour, check this first.
Sign Out ends your session.
Your Identity
Settings → Your Identity is free-form context about you — your role, what you work on, how you like things done — that agents in this organization can read. It's per organization, so your identity in a client's workspace can differ from your own.
Agents update it as they learn. Worth reviewing occasionally: an agent acting on something outdated about your role is a confusing failure to diagnose. See Bootstrap & company identity.
API keys
Settings → API Keys is where you mint credentials for code that acts as you. See API keys.
Favourites and recent agents
Star an agent to keep it at the top of your list. Favourites and recently-used ordering are yours alone — starring an agent doesn't affect anyone else's view, and doesn't change who can use it.
Switching organizations
If you belong to more than one, the switcher near the top of the left sidebar moves between them. Your role is per organization, so expect the interface to differ — the Organization area appears in the ones where you're an admin.
Voice
Agents can read replies aloud, and you can talk instead of typing. Voice, pitch, and rate are set per agent in Voice Settings on the agent page, and they're yours — your voice choice doesn't change what a colleague hears from the same agent.
Both use your browser's own speech support, so the voices on offer are the ones your device provides, and voice input is unavailable in browsers that don't implement speech recognition. If the microphone button isn't there, that's why — try a Chromium-based browser.
